How the SEE Program Supports Skills and Career Pathways
The SEE Program at Pivot Training goes beyond foundational learning. It supports participants in skill development and helps them progress into further study or vocational opportunities. Learners build confidence in reading, writing, numeracy, digital skills, and workplace communication through practical, structured activities.
In addition, the SEE Program also focuses on learning for employment, giving learners opportunities to practice everyday tasks such as workplace communication, digital tool use, and problem-solving. These skills help participants feel prepared to take the next steps in their education or career journey.
This supportive, flexible learning environment ensures learners can continue developing essential skills at their own pace while preparing for meaningful study or employment opportunities.
The Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program is funded by the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.
SEE Program for Employers, Industry Associations and Unions
The SEE Program also allows employers, industry associations and unions to participate. This helps improve employee skills through workplace-based training.
- For employers, you can tailor this flexible training to meet your business needs. You can also deliver it directly to employees at a convenient time in the workplace.
- Industry associations can deliver the training to their members’ employees and adapt it to meet industry needs. For Industry Associations, this training can be delivered to the employees of your members and tailored to meet industry needs.
- Unions can deliver the training to their members and customise it to meet their specific needs.
