The RTO Program Manager: SEE will implement operational strategies, in accordance with the Organisations Global Services Model (GSM), that drive contractual and commercial performance in the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program in South Australia (SA) and Western Australia (WA). This position oversees the day-to-day operations of SEE delivery in all contract regions to ensure service excellence is provided to all stakeholders and external requirements for financial probity and contractual requirements are met. A key feature of the RTO Program Manager: SEE role is the provision of expert support and advice to operational staff to maximise contractual performance and financial profitability of the SEE program. The RTO Program Manager: SEE is also responsible to ensure relationships and partnerships are developed and maintained with key stakeholders in WA and SA.

The Administration Officer: Training Services is responsible for ensuring high quality operational and administration support to the service delivery staff and the RTO across all contract regions. Key features of this role include preparing and supporting each delivery through facilitating bookings, scheduling, collating resources and undertaking the required reporting on data bases. The Administration Officer: Training Services will also liaise with key stakeholders in contract regions providing exceptional customer support services to Participants in training and referring agencies.

The Vocational Trainer and Assessor is responsible for engaging and empowering community members, existing workers and unemployed individuals by facilitating and assessing relevant industry training to assist Participants to obtain employment, enhance employment skills, or proceed to further education or training. The Vocational Trainer and Assessor motivates and guides Participants in training through the provision of quality services while adhering to the Standards for Registered Training Organisations.

The Trainer and Assessor: SEE is responsible for engaging and empowering community members, existing workers and unemployed individuals by supporting them to upskill, reskill, secure, and maintain employment, or progress to further education or training. The Trainer and Assessor: SEE motivates and guides Participants in training through the provision of quality training in language, literacy, numeracy, and digital literacy skills and competency-based training, as well as providing assistance related to employment. The Trainer and Assessor: SEE will adhere to Government contractual requirements and achieve and maintain compliance within the Standards for Registered Training Organisations.
