Many of our Accredited Qualifications require a mandatory work placement to assess workplace application of newly learnt skills. While we encourage our learners to approach employers they would like to find employment with for their work placement we understand that this is not always easy. That is why we have partnered with some of Australia’s largest employers to secure placements for our learners. We have secured work placement’s at multiple locations across Australian metropolitan areas, with flexible work schedules available to suit the requirements of our leaners.
How do I get assistance to find a Work Placement?
- Enrol in a Pivot training course that has a required work placement.
- Finish the required learning in the training room and simulated work environment to get ready for
work placement. - Let us know if you have already contacted a workplace about your work placement, or talk to your
trainer about suitable work placements with our partnered employers. - We will coordinate with your workplace to organise your work placement!
Pivot from placement to employment
While work placement is a required component of our accredited training courses to demonstrate understanding of the course material, it is also an excellent opportunity to make an impression in the industry you want to work in! All of the employers that we work with for student placements are actively looking to recruit qualified individuals, and large number of our learners are offered employment following their work placement.
