Develop the skills and knowledge needed to provide individualised care that supports independence and wellbeing to the elderly or people with disability. You will gain the skills needed to pursue further training in a range of support roles, or pivot directly into a variety of employment areas.

Entry Requirements
  • Ability to safely perform manual handling and lifting
  • Be able to obtain a DCSI clearance or NDIS worker check, First Aid or CPR certificate and Police Clearance prior to work placement*
  • Provide evidence of a COVID-19 and Flu vaccination before training starts

To study, you will need:

  • Access to a computer with an internet connection and email account
  • To commit to two days of in-person classes and 12-15 hours of online study each week
  • To attend an information session to assess suitability and LLND skills evaluation

On successful completion, you will receive the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability and Ageing), or a Statement of Attainment for partial completion.
