While there are no formal entry requirements for the Certificate III in Retail you will need:
- Sufficient language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills to undertake training reviewed via a Learner Support Questionnaire
- To have access to a computer with an internet connection and email account
- The desire to complete online study each week
We will assist you in finding the necessary 75 hours of compulsory workplace application of skills to assess competency for this course.
While there are no formal entry requirements for the Certificate III in Retail you will need:
- Be employed under a contract of training (12 months full time or part time equivalent)
- Commit to weekly online study or to attend scheduled structured classes
- Sufficient language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills to undertake training reviewed via a Learner Support Questionnaire
- Have access to a computer that meets the System Requirements for this course

This course is delivered online via our eLearning platform, and structured workplace activities via 75 hours of work placement or employment.
A full time study schedule will:
- Be scheduled over 26 weeks
- Include up to 25 hours of online study and assessment per week
