While there are no formal entry requirements for the Customer Service Skills for Success Short Course you will need:

  • Sufficient language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills to undertake training reviewed via a Learner Support Questionnaire
  • To have access to a computer with an internet connection and email account
  • The desire to complete online study each week

  • Access to a computer with business software applications such as  Microsoft 365 or Google, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, and an internet connection
  • An email account
  • Access to a computer webcam, or alternate method to interact with your trainer via video calls

Delivery Information

This course is delivered entirely online via our eLearning platform, and structured workplace activities via our simulated business.

A full time study schedule will:

  • Be scheduled over 12 weeks
  • Include 16+ hours of online study and assessment per week

All schedules can be adapted to suit your learning pace and study requirements.

Support from our industry trainers is available via email and video call. Face-to-face support days are available in some locations.

Course Outcome

Participants can achieve a Statement of Attainment for successfully completed units.

Completed units can be used as credits towards the full BSB30120 Certificate III in Business.
